Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Our Psychosocial Residential Program provides rehabilitation support to individuals experiencing an escalation of symptoms related to their mental illness. Short to medium-term accommodation (mostly on a 24/7 staffed model) is available at Tweed Heads, Lismore and Coffs Harbour.

The focus of this program is to ensure that individuals receive intensive rehabilitation support and are encouraged to increase their level of community participation. Referrals are usually received from in-patient facilities when the participant is no longer acutely unwell but identifies the need for supported accommodation.

The Residential Rehabilitation Program is funded through the NSW NGO grant Program (NSW Health).
