Housing and Support Initiative
The housing and Support Initiative is a partnership program funded by the New South Wales government that ensures stable housing linked to specialist support for people with mental illness.

The Department of Housing provides housing, the Non Government Sector provides disability support and the Department of Health provides the clinical support.
The HASI model is based on the 2002 Framework for Housing and Accommodation Support for people with Mental Health problems and disorders. The key philosophy that underpins the HASI program is one of recovery. Recovery is a personal and ongoing process, defined and led by the individual. Recovery focused care workers provide support to these consumers tailoring services to meet the individual needs of each person utilizing care plans.
On Track Community Programs has been funded to provide 8 high support packages, 4 within the Tweed Byron Network and 4 within the Richmond Network.
