Disability HASI

On Track's DHASI Program provides support to individuals with a disability, to enable them to reside alone or in shared accommodation and develop skills to live relatively independent lives.

The primary objective of DHASI is to provide drop-in support within a social housing setting - working towards developing and maintaining partnerships between social housing and support services that are linked to accommodation and support for people who would otherwise be homeless or inappropriately placed.

The DHASI program is funded through the Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care (DADHC) and the Office of Community Housing (OCH).
