24 hr specialist accommodation

On Track's specialised Supported Accommodation Program provides accommodation and 24 hour support to people with an intellectual and/or physical disability. Support and assistance is provided with daily living skills for people aged 18-64 years who require low to high care to remain living in the community and avoid institutionalisation/residential care.

The aim of the program is to maintain family and cultural networks as well as provide a secure and stable environment for long-term accommodation. The service operates according to the NSW Disability Services Act 1993 and related Disability Service Standards.

The Supported Accommodation Program is funded through the Department of Ageing Disability and Home Care (DADHC) and the Office of Community Housing (OCH).
